_ After looking for the best place in LOS ANGELES for our anniversary event and the "Special Recording Session", we decided on this more intimate location because of few interesting qualities...
1. "Never Used Before" in our party scene
2. NEW E.A.W. Sound-Systems in Main Room
3. Within 5 blocks of the "Grand Ave Club" [around "Grand Ave. & Olympic Blvd." in downtown L.A.]
4. Owned by "Local Hero" in the Deep House scene and a very good friend of mine
5. Perfect size for recording the live-DJ-sets
6. A Fresh Friendly Space [But, Your help is needed in keeping this new venue clean and secure. Thanks]
