The Hudson Theater (with Gotham) is well-known as one of the TOP-10 venues for "special event" in all Southern California!!!
This 100% legal & HUGE location usually hosts a wide range of events featuring: Rock, Rap or Rock En Espanol... and, since July, events with Rave music too... PLUR
_ The "relocation" was decided after learning (Aug.1) that we will have room only for 2 areas on the first floor of The Shrine; and will not be able to put any stages on the 2nd floor... YET...
We were face with 2 options: 1/ Be at the Shrine with 2 areas on the first floor; or 2/ Move the event where we can have the multi-rooms' vibe anlong with a similar capacity... Well, we'll see you on the dancefloors of the Hudson Theater!!!
_ Regarding The Shrine: We are in good standing; and they are working on updating the venue to fit our biggest special events!!! Stay tune for future Neo Sapiens events @ The SHRINE!!!

J-BREAK has been rocking the decks all across North America and Europe, playing his signature style of bangin breaks, electro and drum & bass. From his early beginnings in Orlando in the late 90s, J-BREAK & partner, WUTAM, owned the late night with residencies at such infamous clubs as Cyberzone, Mimosa, and Empire to name a few. There he played alongside residents such as Baby Anne, Stylus, and Force Of Habit.
2006 has been the year of the break with some huge releases for J-BREAK, including 3 international releases as well as a European tour with Agent K, where they recorded their "Live from London" CD!!! "Crusher" with Agent K on Afterdark Records, was featured on Baby Anne "Rocks" CD compilation on System Recordings and received support from such heavy hitters as Deekline & Wizard & DJ X. "American Werewolf in London" with Agent K featured the UK bad bwoy Screwface on the remix, and "Drop It" with ATF’s Lethal Agent dropped on the Spanish electro label, Dona-Li.
2007 will start off with a bang, with new studio collaborations hitting stores featuring Deekline & Wizard with DJ Assault, MC Messinian (Planet of the Drums), Reid Speed, Una Slim, and Josef Plante. Be on the lookout for these banging releases!!!
J-BREAK is currently in the studio again with WUTAM, working on their all original album due out this summer on Distorted Recordings. In 2003, WUTAM and J-BREAK joined forces to release their debut mix CD, Biomechanik, which was released as the follow up to Infinitis Looking For Something on Subculture Records. This CD received critical acclaim almost instantaneously by DJs, producers, and fans alike, due to the innovative track selection and mixing by the duo. The self-titled track off the CD, also received massive recognition when it was released on Afterdark Records, being licensed to four different mix CD compilations by DJs such as international reknown breakbeat producers, Agent K and Deuce. In the beginning of the electronic music scene in San Diego California, was DJ JON BISHOP. Performing in warehouses, outdoor events, trade shows and radio shows, and special events. JON BISHOP’s reputation as a leader in the techno/house scene spread fast, and soon he was booked at the biggest events in San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and all around the US, Mexico, and Canada. In 1991, JON BISHOP launched the first late night radio show dedicated to electronic music called: ”Sounds Of The Underground” on 92.5 fm in San Diego. The show was instrumental in bringing JON BISHOP’s name and the new techno and house sound to San Diego. 1992 saw the creation of the legendary club Hedonism at Richs nightclub in San Diego, with JON BISHOP as one of the co-founders. The club night ran every thursday night for over 10 years until 2002,and established itself as the longest running club night in the U.S.A. The night was voted one of the top nights out in both Playboy and Details magazines. The clubnight hosted some of the best dj’s in the world including: tidy boys, lisa lashes, ann savage, tall paul, john digweed, carl cox, rachel auburn, & kimball collins to name a few...
