PT8YY - some info after a crazy event...
1 _ The Alexandria have to remodel up to "Fire Codes" and will be back sometime in May (that's what they said to us... at the last minute)
2 _ we looked everywhere for a back-up location where we can hold a full-on "Rave" !!!
3 _ around 1pm on saturday, our only option was to run 2 locations with shuttle... it was at 3pm that our network found a venue only 2 blocks from the Alexandria
4 _ the new venue was smaller than the Alexandria... so with a 1,500 capacity, we sold-out by 11:30pm (1,1OO paid between $15 to $30 + 400 guests artists staff) ... we had to turn down over 700 people...
5 _ so, with over 2,200 people showing up... we will have a "Thank You" make-up party soon... where we can fit everyone...
6 _ we broke our rule of "No Refund" and refunded people that couldn't handle the crowded situation... and even when we warned people about the sweaty situation, people were still buying their admissions!!! Spread the Word!!!
